Warranty Information

Do you offer warranty for your items?

Yes, all our products come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, or other external causes. Buyers are responsible for the postage on returned items, while we cover the cost of resending. If a defect is discovered within 60 days, we will cover the return shipping fee.

Can I return my product?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please please reach out to us at contact@operosebeauty.com, and we will guide you through the return process.

Warranty Service

To request a replacement for a defective product within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team.

Service will be provided only when the following conditions are fulfilled:

  1. Warranty registration has been completed successfully within one month of receiving the device ;
  2. Provide proof of purchase.

When contacting us, please include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Your contact details.
  3. A brief description of the issue.

Note: The buyer is responsible for shipping fees of sending the replacement.

Exclusion to the Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  1. Malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse, improper operation, unauthorized repair service, or other conditions not related to defects in materials or workmanship.
  2. Damage resulting from accidental or intentional actions.
  3. Transfer or assignment of ownership to a third party.
