To return your device, it must be in its original packaging with all accessories, and all ordered items must be in perfect condition  and labels intact. Please examine your order upon delivery for any defects or damage, and notify us immediately if there’s a problem.

Cancellation

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you about the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will send you the refund to the payment method you have used during checkout.

 

Shipping

To return a product, you should first contact our customer service team to ensure that you have the correct return address. additionally Please note that any shipping fees incurred on your original order are non-refundable. If your order included shipping charges, these will be subtracted from your refund amount. furthermore customers are responsible for shipping costs of returning items.
