    Its surely removing the hair from my legs and arms (which is awesome) however be careful as it can discolor your skin if you go too high. Start low. Also, sometimes after too many zaps it will turn off- then turn back on after 30 seconds or so. Slow process but as is in any permanent hair removal process. Also for some reason its not working under my armpits like it does on the legs and arms. Weird.

    I previously had one round of professional laser hair removal done at a medical spa to compare this to. At the Med spa, I was told can take up to 6 visits before all hair is removed and gone then potentially 1 follow up per year to maintain.So decided to give this tool a try instead for the benefit of doing it at home plus the huge cost savings.Using this tool, there is a quick minor zap type pain. But not as strong as at the Med spa. Which is ok with me. Even if I need to use this more frequently than a Med spa.... less pain makes me happy.It seems to work best if you don’t shave first. Let hair grow out a week or two, then use this tool.Since it’s not as strong as the Med spa, I am using every 2-3 weeks. This process will take several months for completion, but happy so far and worth the time.Happy with my purchase.
