Use

We recommend three to five, 10-minute treatments per week for 4-6 weeks followed by maintenance as desired.

With consistent use, you should start to see results from your mask starting at 4 weeks. Be sure to take before and after pictures to compare your progress. Sometimes it can be hard to notice a difference until you compare your before and after photos.

Puts me to sleep faster than any drug - or food. I have fashioned a way to keep the weight of the mask from making it uncomfortable (place a small soft object, like a rolled up tissue vertically on your forward to relieve the weight). Other than that I really like the mask. My skin seems smoother but I'm still working on the laugh lines.

I use the product because I suffer from Acne Rosacea. It is brilliant and reducing the large blister type pimples that flare up on my cheeks and I can notice a difference to the reduction of the size and redness of the rash and pimples on my face.It’s really easy to use and you can sit back and relax whilst using it, or watch tv if you prefer. I mainly use the red, blue and cyan.I am really pleased with this product and it is definitely worth the money!
