Use

We recommend three to five, 10-minute treatments per week for 4-6 weeks followed by maintenance as desired.

Can I use my mask every day?

We recommend only using the devices 3-5x a week, as we have not studied the effect of using the device every day.

How long does it take LED light therapy to work?

With consistent use, you should start to see results from your mask starting at 4 weeks. Be sure to take before and after pictures to compare your progress. Sometimes it can be hard to notice a difference until you compare your before and after photos.

I’ve only had this for a short period of time so I can’t say I’ve seen a huge difference with use, however as far as the product goes it’s very easy to use, self explanatory, and love the different light options for targeted therapy. I feel like there is something for everyone and I love the fact that it has auto and manual modes. It comes with everything you need, except I feel like it should’ve come with some additional eye protection. Maybe because my face is petite so I don’t get the full protection from the built in eye pieces. It has Velcro straps that make it easy to adjust to fit. So only 4 stars for the simple fact that it is quite big on my face and the need for additional eye protection is there and the simple fact that I can’t comment on the effectiveness just yet. Will update in time with effectiveness 😁

To the track my skin progress after getting this mask i decided to took before and after pictures, after few weeks of use I have been getting a lot of compliments on my skin, one being a compliment from a new dermatologist. She asked me twice what I did to my skin and told me it was beautiful. It is fairness; I do ALL the things. Name it, and I have tried. So I was surprised when I looked at the before and afters and saw a huge difference. The glow is in FULL effect. It is so easy to use. I meditate every morning anyway, so this naturally fits right into my morning.

I have been using this for almost 2 years now and it still works for my skin. I don’t usually use. I use only when my skin gets break outs or I don’t like my skin texture. I’m obsessed with this product for many reasons. #1 it marked my commitment to myself to take care of me everyday (10 min a day with two kids) I was determined to make these minutes mine… it helped that the mask terrified my two year old and now he won’t come near me while I have my “me time with my mask” #2) the results are significant- full disclaimer tho I added many new steps to my face routine at once so I’m not sure what did it for me but I truly believe the combo of the mask and creams really helped. #3 my husband made fun of me but now he’s hooked on it too - he had bad redness on his face before the mask and it has completely cleared! (We’re sharing a mask at this point) I looked at a product like this for a year, I wasn’t sure about the cost but I’m so glad I pulled the trigger. for me it’s my first step in taking care of myself in what feels like a very long time ;) So ya… I highly recommend and I’ll be buying a mask for my mom!

I'm so very happy with my Contour Face mask! I don't have skin issues, but as a woman in her early 50's, I'd like to take as much preventative care as possible. I've been using the mask for about a month now and I've definitely noticed an overall glow to my skin--more than usual. I also use the mask for two 10-minute sessions (20 minutes), so perhaps that's why my skin looks more gorgeous. I've never had botox and I will continue pursuing my healthy lifestyle and incorporate this mask to look as radiant as ever. I'm THRILLED with the results, thus far!!!

This is easy to use, and it does appear to help with my acne. I feel futuristic wearing it, so that's kind of fun too! My only beef is that this has cord. I wish this was cordless so I could walk around in it. Still, it's a good product and worth a look for anyone interested in LED masks.
