Use

With consistent use, you should start to see results from your mask starting at 4 weeks. Be sure to take before and after pictures to compare your progress. Sometimes it can be hard to notice a difference until you compare your before and after photos.

The touch of the mask is very soft, and it comes with a detailed manual. Be aware that the "ear loops" actually are not for hanging on the ears, but to be fastened at the back of one's head. The material of the mask is very elastic, perfectly fitting the shape of my face while not delivering only negligible pressure, which I believe is the key for a comfy light therapy

I have experience using many types of LED face masks and compared to the plastic, stiff version which is heavy to wear, this one is lightweight and comfortable and very portable. It has more bulbs and functionality making it more superior. Be sure not to drop the remote, though. I dropped mine on another one and it cracked the screen so while it still works, it's hard to read anything on it. The remote is the power source so it's very important. Just 10-20 minutes of LED mask usage on a daily basis should show improvement in your skin, but this takes time!

I did A LOT of research and this one ticked all the boxes. It has infrared, the correct wavelengths, and is wireless without an awkward power bank to tote around. It’s comfortable and since it’s flexible it can be used everywhere- I use in my abdomen, neck/chest, and it’s big enough for both hands!
